Abstract
In this paper, we investigate a user selection and power allocation scheme to decrease the system complexity and power consumption of downlink massive multiuser multipleinput multiple-output (MIMO) systems. Our target is to achieve the optimal sets of user and power allocation to approach the maximum cell capacity. To this end, we proposed user selection (US) and power allocation (PA) schemes, which selects users and allocates power iteratively with the adaptive Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method and the Lagrange algorithm. Performance analysis and simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. At the same time, the simulation of the computational complexity is decreased significantly by the proposed algorithm.
