Abstract

Intramuscular injection of cattle and pigs with the immunostimulator “Therapeutic-Prophylactic Immunoglobulin” at a rate of 20 ml per animal twice with a 48-h interval promoted a reliable increase in the blood content of immunoglobulins A, M, and G, number of T and B lymphocytes, as well as bactericidal and lysozyme activity of blood serum, phagocytic index, and phagocytic number. It is recommended to use the preparation to prevent immunodeficiency in animals.
