Abstract

This research aims to design and implement an underwater communication system using radio frequency modules and Arduino. Underwater wireless communication is challenging due to the attenuation of electromagnetic waves in water. However, radio frequency signals in the 433MHz range and the added antenna have shown successful data transfer. For this purpose, measurements are made at different distances, and data is collected in the aquatic environment and free space. A comparative analysis of the values of arrival powers and losses in the studied environment is carried out to verify the efficiency of this study in terms of range, transmission speed, and reliability.
