During the development of such complex software using agile methodologies most of the softwares lose their quality standards. The main focus of software developers is to develop and release a build as early as possible, which obviously impacts the quality of software. Our research proposes a SCRUM based model that helps software developers to build healthcare systems, in parallel it will enhance and maintain desired quality standards with the use of knowledge management techniques. In our study, we conducted an experimental research to test the correctness and validity of proposed approach. Results revealed that the proposed approach significantly improves the quality of healthcare systems and enhance the satisfaction level of the product owner and the development team.
