Abstract

The article attempts to outline the role of modern teaching methods and techniques within the socio-cultural educational model that are innovative / interactive. Here are examined different educational technologies used in the process of learning a foreign language in Higher Educational Establishments at different stages of study and characterized by creativity, improvisation, authentic communication in the language being studied, and favorable conditions for creative activity of participants in the educational process are proposed.
