Abstract
目的 观察硷性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对羟基磷灰石(HA)植入物作用及效果.方法羟基磷灰石义眼座植入前用12000AU/5mL bFGF滴眼液浸泡30min,使HA微孔充满滴眼液,术后结膜内滴眼每日4次,连用15日.结果本组118例中,102例l期愈合,16例前部球结膜及眼球筋膜愈合不良,其中9例于15～40日内自行愈合,3例更换义眼座后愈合.结论bFGF滴眼液对HA义眼座植入后早期的纤维血管化具有促进作用,预防HA植入物暴露的发生。
