Abstract

Twelve cars worth no more than £200 set off from High Wycombe on 10 June to raise money for the British Heart Foundation (BHF) in memory of Phillip Allmark, Md CliniMed & SecuriCare who sadly passed away in February. The banger rally, organized by Urban Media, involved driving through France and Andorra to get to Barcelona by 14 June. A variety of customized cars set off including; ‘Lightening McQueen’, ‘Cookie Monster’ and a mobility vehicle turned into an ice cream van complete with sirens and smoke, as well as a widescreen tv and disco in the back
