Abstract

Partner problems are the low number of visitors from marine tourists and the low skills of Madurese youth to create digital content. The purpose of this community service is to upskill the skills of creating digital content for youth in Madura to accelerate the promotion of marine tourism. The partners involved are young people in the coastal area of Madura, which has the potential for marine tourism, with a total of 30 youths. The method of implementing community service is training and direct assistance, which are carried out at the Madura Islamic University Campus. The results of this community service show that the 30 participants, divided into six groups, have been able to create digital content in the form of promotional posters and promotional videos to promote marine tourism in the Madura region. There are six areas for marine tourism being promoted, namely: Talang siring tourism, Jumiang tourism, Camplong tourism, mangrove tourism, salt tourism, and Brenta harbor tourism. Upskilling results have been able to improve youth digital creation skills, reaching 61% (very skilled), 15.7% (very skilled), 16.3% (skilled), 6.7% (less skilled), and 0.3% (not skilled). Therefore, this dedication has the potential to have a positive impact on the promotion of marine tourism, economic growth, and the natural preservation of marine tourism in Madura.
