Upper bound on the center density of a multiple recursive random number generator

Abstract

This paper considers the successive dimensions of the spectral test for a kth-order multiple recursive generator based on three types of the upper bound on the center density. According to the experiments we perform, the appropriate dimensions for implementing the spectral test are k + 1, k +2, …, 8 with the objectives of maximizing the number of bits of accuracy.
