Abstract

A recent study conducted by the Medical Devices Agency entitled Bathing and Showering Equipment for People with Severe Disabilities indicated that therapists, users and parents of disabled children typically look for a product that is similar to one already used. This means that alternative solutions may not even be considered, resulting in whole ranges of products remaining unexplored.
