Abstract
The current chapter highlights the main conclusions and recommendations of the chapters presented in the book. Also, some findings from recently published research work related to Sustainable Water Solutions in the Western Desert, Egypt are discussed. This chapter contains results of some case studies on Dakhla Oasis by natural and social scientists in the field of hydrology, hydrogeology, geology, archaeology, soil science, remote sensing, land use, agriculture, history, and sociology. The topics covered in the book include: geological and hydraulic structures, climatic influence, groundwater management, irrigation management and human settlements.
