Abstract

In the article from the perspective of a new field of knowledge – sociokinetics studying the social movement of children – we describe the main socio-psychological factors and conditions for the formation of the upbringing potential of the leader of children's public association; we reveal the structure and features of the socio-pedagogic reality of the children's social movement, its invariant properties, features as well as psychological and pedagogic principles of inter-age interaction in the children's association, features of social upbringing; we reveal the basic humanistic constants of the upbringing potential of leadership in the modern children's association.
