Abstract


 Research intended to develop learning outcome by an implementation of presentation type of cooperative learningmodel in X grade of the Office Administration, Department of Public Vocational High School in 10, East Jakarta.Research conducted from July until August 2014. Classroom Action Research conducted for this research by theimplementation of two research cycles, each cycle contains three times of face to face teaching practice. The studyresult concluded that the research success indicator gained at second cycle. The amount of student reach minimumlimit score or more, were 97,46% with mean 80,97%. So, the implementation of learning model can increase studentlearning outcome at this grade.
 Abstrak
 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan hasil belajar dengan penggunaan model pembelajaranKooperatif TPS di kelas X jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 10 JakartaTimur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai dengan November 2014. Metode Penelitian yang digunakanadalahpenelitian tindakan kelas. Untuk penelitian ini diterapkan dua siklus penelitian. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tigakali pertemuan tatap muka, dengan pelaksanaan post test pada pertemuan tatap muka ketiga. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa indikator yang diharapkan tercapai pada siklus kedua; yaitu jumlah siswa yang mendapatkannilai sampai batas tuntas atau lebih, sebanyak 97,46% dan nilai rerata mencapai 80,79%. Prosentase ketuntasansiswa telah mencapai indikator yang diharapkan. Siswa yang melakukan kegiatan negatif hanya 1,55%. Dengandemikian disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar.
