Abstract
During analysis of results of prostate cancer (PC) patients' irradiation, we observed early metastases up to 24 months after treatment in 14 patients (9%). The fact of the early dissemination (ED) did not depend on total delivered dose in opposition to recurrence (local, distant or biochemical) appearing later than 24 months after the treatment. It seems that ED occurred before we started treatment but we could not find it using standard diagnostic procedure. The aim of the study is to evaluate prognostic factor of this dissemination.
