Abstract
Bladder cancer is the most prevalent cancer in males in Egypt, mainly it occurs in the 4th and 5th decades of life. Association between bladder cancer (bl ca) and prostate cancer (pr ca) have been studied because of its clinical implications, regarding the selection of the type of diversion (orthotopic or prostate sparing) and the management of patients with either local recurrence or distant metastasis.
