Abstract

Isolated uvulitis has been described in the literature following ‘crack’ cocaine and cannabis inhalation. The authors describe the case of a 16-year-old boy with isolated uvulitis associated to dyspnoea, tachycardia and vomiting probably due to cocaine inhalation.
