Abstract
An 8-month-old girl presented to the ER with abdominal pain and drowsiness. Ultrasound suggested ovarian torsion, which was later confirmed via laparoscopy, revealing left ovarian and tubal torsion with uterine torsion. Prompt intervention prevented hysterectomy, underscoring the importance of early diagnosis and rapid surgical action in suspected ovarian torsion cases.
