Abstract
O Desenho Universal de Aprendizagem (DUA) é uma temática relativamente nova para muitos professores e que faz parte da educação inclusiva. Suas diretrizes, mais flexíveis, possibilitam o acesso de todos os alunos, independentemente de suas necessidades, a uma mesma educação. Nesse contexto, este estudo tem seu foco na educação inclusiva e nos direitos humanos, tendo como objetivos identificar, conceituar e discutir o DUA na educação inclusiva e suas nuances no processo ensino-aprendizagem.
