Unified Information Statistical Data Base on the Industrial Facilities Taking into Account Their Level of Energy Efficiency: Phases and Problems of Forming

Abstract

The phases of forming of the Standard information data base on the industrial facilities in terms of their energy efficiency are presented. The data on the number of enterprises registered in the state system according to the enlarged codes of the All-Russian classifier of types of economic activity are systematized. The analysis of Rosstat data on the costs of production and sale of products (goods, works, services) by type of economic activity is carried out. Conclusions are drawn about the lack of data on the structure of material costs for the production and sale of products in the Annual Statistical Books since 2018. In view of the lack of data in official sources, it was proposed to conduct a survey of managers and proxies or competent representatives from industrial enterprises on the topic “Energy efficiency of an industrial facility”, the phases of the forming of a Standard information base of industrial facilities in terms of their energy efficiency were presented.
