Abstract

We report a rare case of unicentric Castleman disease (UCD) in a 56-year-old lady, presenting as a soft-tissue mass in an unusual site - mid-dorsal aspect of the arm. She was otherwise asymptomatic. Excision biopsy confirmed the diagnosis. The probable etiological factors, clinical and morphological types, and histological diagnosis are discussed.
