Abstract

This article discusses the legislative process for US tax reform. With Congress having failed with healthcare reform and needed cost savings necessary for Republicans to unilaterally push their tax agenda, tax reform will likely now require a bi partisan approach. While all believe that tax reform is needed the question becomes whether Congress can rise above partisanship to get the job done.
