Abstract

The parent's involvement is believed to have a big impact on the achievement of their children at home and in school. The major data-gathering technique for the present research, a survey questionnaire, was used to research the impact of parent involvement on students' completion of science learning assignments. The information acquired from the 204 parents of Grade 11 students participating in the academic track at Narra National High School in Narra Philippines and Palawan were analyzed using a mixed-method technique. According to the study's results, most of the parents are working, responsible, full-time students, and competent in terms of their parenting styles, occupations, and levels of education. Parental participation is highly extensive, and the majority of students can successfully average five science learning assignments. The outcome also shows that parental participation levels are independent of both the parents' profiles and the number of learning activities that pupils have completed on those profiles. However, the amount of parental participation affects how many learning activities kids achieve.
