Abstract
Background: Though classified as a branch duct, the uncinate duct is the primary duct of the pancreatic ventral anlage. We hypothesized that uncinate duct dilatation (UDD), like main duct dilatation, confers additional risk for high-grade dysplasia or invasive carcinoma (HGD/IC).
