Abstract
Hoy es el momento de determinar si los acuerdos de integracion impactaron en el desarrollo economico, politico y cultural de los paises participantes. Acuerdos de integracion como el Tratado de Libre Comercio de America del Norte (TLCAN) entre Canada, Estados Unidos de America y Mexico, y otros acuerdos comerciales que se pactaron a partir de la reestructuracion economica y la entonces regionalizacion, a nivel mundial en la decada de los ochenta, son parte del debate nacional y resultado de la “Gran Crisis” y la “Gran Recesion” iniciada hace una decada.
