Abstract
Foi realizado um estudo conceitual para a automação dos "Bandejões" da USP com a finalidade de reduzir as filas. O estudo foi realizado usando as metodologias de Production Flow Scheme e Rede de Petri. Tal modelo, que contém 13 entradas e 8 saídas, foi verificado com a árvore de alcançabilidade e traduzido para a linguagem de programação Ladder de acordo com a norma IEC 61131-3.
