Abstract
Transmission-electron microscopy has shown that strains of B. cinerea insensitive to iprodione accumulate a layer of granular material in the cytoplasm around the circumference of hyphae, adjacent to the plasmalemma, when grown in iprodione-amended agar. A role for the material in insensitivity to iprodione is suggested.
