Abstract

Intramural duodenal hematoma (IMDH) is relatively uncommon and typically arises following blunt abdominal trauma, particularly among children. Abdominal pain, vomiting, and upper abdominal discomfort are common clinical manifestations of IMDH. Treatment options for IMDH vary depending on the patient's symptoms, clinical manifestations, and presence of complications. This article presents a case of intramural hematoma involving the descending and horizontal segments of duodenum.
