Abstract
When processing grain and leguminous crops, it is necessary to carry out preparatory operations consisting in washing, moistening and extraction. Existing technologies for processing grain and leguminous crops in small enterprises do not allow cleaning the grain surface in hard-to-reach places, and also have a long process of humidification and extraction. The article presents the design parameters of the plant for processing grain and leguminous crops, which significantly speed up the process of humidification, washing and extraction.
