Abstract
Laser-induced multi-timescale surface modification of Ge2Sb2Te5 thin films was investigated using high-repetition-rate single-shot pump-probe spectroscopy. The successive measurement of ultrafast dynamics during formation of laser-induced periodic surface structure reveals pulse-to-pulse reduction of the relaxation time. ©2020 The Authors
