The organizational structure and evolution of the party’s views took place here. Thus, members of Foreign Delegation of the Ukrainian Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries, led by M. Hrushevskyi, became supporters of a compromise with the Bolsheviks. In contrast, the Foreign Committee of the Ukrainian Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries, headed by M. Shapoval, strongly opposed such actions. For a long time, the Foreign Committee existed as a political party. He took an active position and had a strong influence on the Ukrainian community in Czechoslovakia through various support, political, educational and cultural structures. The need for the organization of a national and social revolution in the Ukrainian lands was recognized as the main ideological basis of the Foreign Committee of the Ukrainian Party of Socialists-Revolutionaries. The ultimate goal of the party’s activity was proclaimed to be the construction of the United Labor Republic of Ukraine.
