Abstract
Telah dilakukan uji toksisitas dari ekstrak daun wungu terhadap hematologi mencit putih jantan. Ekstrak diberikan secara oral selama 20 hari. Variasi dosis yang digunakan adalah 50, 150 dan 450 mg/KgBB mencit. Pada hari ke -21 dilakukan pengambilan darah pada mencit melalui penyayatan pada leher. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ekstrak daun wungu pada dosis yang digunakan tidak mempengaruhi hematologi mencit putih jantan. Namun, potensi toksisitas dari ekstrak daun wungu ini masih belum dapat dipastikan karena adanya kerentanan antar spesies.
