Abstract

The paper presents the results of studying the sections of the human left ventricle chordae tendineae by laser polarimetry method, which allowed to conduct a systematic analysis of the topography of the anisotropic properties of collagen fibers, elastic fibers and cardiomyocytes obtained through the intensity distribution at different polarization orientations of images of Stokes parameter vector, polarization maps and Mueller matrix elements and their corresponding statistical moments of the 1-st – 4-th order.
