Abstract

The Federal Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil in its article 170 points both the free initiative and the social valorization of the human work as fundaments of the economic order. That is to be considered an interesting dichotomy as in the current capitalist production proposal the cost involved in the human work use represents an obstacle to a better profitable performance of the free initiative. This article intends to present the public civil actions regarding their singularities as useful tools for the collective effectiveness of social fundamental rights, especially the labor related ones, leading somehow to the valorization proposed by the Federal Constitution.
