Abstract
Abstract For making junctions on the fibrous crystals a thin layer of gold evaporates through the slot-like mask. The dependence of differential resistance versus voltage for the AuBi(Pb)SrCaCuO junction has the BCS-like gap features on I–V curve and decreasing of dV/dI(O) with the temperature rise as for SIN tunnel junction.
