Abstract

Polymer Solar Cells In article number 2200101, Xiangfei Kong, Zhiqun He, and co-workers discovered that a self-organized, discotic liquid crystal as a third component in a donor-acceptor blend is able to alter Flory–Huggins molecular interaction, leading to better phase separations. This balances the carrier mobilities, reduces the density of defect states, and improves the device performance.
