Abstract

This article, which examines the impact of Türkiye's energy diplomacy on regional relations and its future role, argues that Türkiye's energy policies and strategies for accessing energy resources positively affect its regional relations. More clearly, both the energy projects carried out and the energy cooperation agreements signed with neighboring countries contribute to Türkiye's regional balance of power. The concepts of liberalism and soft power have been associated with and supported Türkiye's energy diplomacy. In the future, sustainable energy policies and renewable energy sources are expected to gain importance. Türkiye's efforts to become a central country in energy may also increase its regional influence. As a result, Türkiye's energy diplomacy strengthens its regional relations and will become an even more effective country with successful energy policies in the future.
