Abstract
AbstractThis chapter addresses how the Agreement on Trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS) has altered US patent law, with specific reference to the protection of intellectual property in biotechnology, and discusses each type of US intellectual-property protection available to protect biotechnology.
