Abstract

The research is aimed at improving the quality of friction surfaces by providing tribotechnical characteristics of materials. Tests were performed to improve tribotechnical surface parameters for a wide class of bearing materials. The purpose of this work was to study the tribotechnical characteristics of composite coatings obtained by sputtering. The work is devoted to the study of tribotechnical characteristics of metal layers obtained by electric arc deposition, as the most widely used in repair and technical enterprises in the agro- industrial complex. The limited use of this method is explained by the increase in contact pressure as a result of both increased loads and increase in hardness. Therefore, the desire to increase the area of the actual contact and improve the lubrication conditions in the friction nodes was expressed in the use of porous coatings of plastic metals obtained by the method of metallization by spraying.
