Abstract
Relevance of the study. Modern realities are characterized by unprecedented sanctions against the Russian Federation, which are accompanied by a serious reduction in the availability of research and development results, and have caused a shortage of necessary products and technologies. The innovative vector of the country’s development implies the presence, first of all, of technological innovations that ensure both a technological leap and technological sovereignty. Purpose of the study: to analyze trends in the development of technological innovations in the Russian Federation in the context of sanctions. The article considers methodological approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “technological sovereignty.” It was revealed that technological sovereignty is the basic mechanism for ensuring an innovative movement towards economic growth. The main reasons that may hinder the achievement of sovereign technological development were investigated, in particular, the high level of dependence on imports of intermediate and final products of production.
