In 2021, under the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic, the growth rate of the Russian artificial intelligence market increased. In 2022, due to the difficult economic and political situation, there was a decrease in the growth rate. At the same time, it is most probable that in 2023-2024 the market growth will accelerate due to scientific and technological progress and stabilization of the economic situation. One of the most important factors that influenced the growth of the Russian artificial intelligence market is the state policy in the field of information technology.
