International intentions in the field of information technology (Artificial intelligence systems and their importance in the fields of education)

Abstract

Contemporary world has witnessed great and rapid technological developments. The most important ones that have happened are in the field of information technology and telecommunications. What happened is by the virtue of integration between (1) information technology with its digital computer systems which have high ability to process and the great quantity of data sufficiently and rapidly, and (2) telecommunication technology which has achieved the ability to transfer date and information of different types of shapes: written, audible and visible to any place in the world because of net communication systems. The internet is considered the top of this integration since it's the biggest store for information, and it's the quickest way to transfer the information from/to any place in the world. The global has become a small village because of this technology. The science of artificial intelligence has a great significance for the most of the applied and practical fields nowadays. It is expected that the artificial intelligence will contribute in saving and reserving the accumulative human experience when transferring it to the intelligence machines. The artificial intelligence has played a vital role in many sensitive fields such as assisting in disease diagnosis, drug prescription, professional and legal consultations, interactive education, as well as the military and security fields. This paper aims at: ▪ To clarify-much as possible-the concept of (Artificial Intelligence) and its advantages for the researchers. ▪ To get knowledge about the artificial intelligence applications such as the expert systems, speech distinction etc. ▪ To get knowledge about the expert systems: significance, components and advantages and its role in the field of education. ▪ To use the teaching methods that depend on the artificial intelligence. ▪ To compare between the classic teaching programs and teaching programs which depend on the artificial intelligence techniques. ▪ To teach by using the intelligent computer and its advantages.
