Abstract
The article discusses the need for modernization of instruction in the air units of the Command of Air (COMGAR) through the adoption of Computer-Based Training (CBT). The traditional lecture method has proven ineffective, facing challenges such as lack of time and student engagement. CBT, on the other hand, offers an interactive and individualized approach, allowing officers to retain essential knowledge for their administrative and operational roles. The proposal includes lesson preparation by the Simulation and Instruction Squadron (ESI) and the need for adequate hardware and software resources in the air units. The implementation of CBT is seen as a viable and modern solution, aligning with best teaching practices.
