Abstract
Objective To investigate the method of replantation of amputated finger for serious injury of dorsal digital vein.Methods Thirty-one fingers of 25 cases of the dorsal digital veins injuried were performed with replantation of amputated finger.According to the situation of vein injury,finger pulp vein anastomosis in 16 fingers,arteria digitalis pedicle skin flap bridge in 10 fingers,artery anastomosis in 5 figers.Results Among the 31 fingers of 25 cases,29 fingers survived.The survival rate was 93.5%.Excellent and good rate of replanted finger functional assessment was 83.8%.Conclusions For the replantation of amputated fingers of which dorsal digital veins are seriously injuried,finger pulp vein anastomosis,arteria digitalis pedicle skin flap bridge and artery anastomosis can improve the survival rate.
