Abstract
Travel Log: Redefining Group Travel" introduces a novel approach to exploration centered on socialconnection. Through curated experiences and spontaneous interactions, participants forge lasting friendships whilediscovering new cultures. Travel Log emerges as a platform that not only facilitates exploration but also cultivateslasting relationships beyond the journey's end. Social travel isn’t group travel (i.e. retirees trudging around after a tourguide with a plastic flag). It’s like-minded travellers around the world, getting together, expanding their socialnetworks, sharing experiences, pushing away from their comfort zones and becoming part of a global community.
