O sistema de alinhadores ortodônticos Invisalign® é cada vez mais procurado nos consultórios por pacientes adultos, por motivos estéticos, por conforto ou pela facilidade de higienização. Devido ao seu aprimoramento, esta técnica permite movimentos complexos, necessários para a correção de diversas más oclusões. Este artigo propõe-se a descrever o tratamento da mordida aberta anterior, visando discutir suas principais vantagens, desvantagens, indicações e limitações.
