Abstract
Transverse momentum degrees of freedom are described within the formalism of evolution equations for QED. A p ⊥-dependent structure function and an improved Alterelli-Parisi vertex are explicitly built. An improved expression for an O (α) radiator is obtained by comparison with existing calculations.
