Abstract
Global changes in industry and transport have led to transformations in several countries, with the insertion of infrastructures to increase territorial fluidity and provide continuous and safe displacement of cargo, passengers and information. This global context is present in several territorial fractions of Brazil with the construction completion and maintenance works on the circulation routes. In this context, we will address the main changes that are taking place at the industrial level, the need to reduce travel time and the importance of the BR-319 highway in the recent context of territorial fluidity and the particular case of oxygen displacement to the city of Manaus in the first weeks of 2021.
