Abstract
We study the transmission dynamics of a driven two-level systemdissipated by the two leads. Using the nonequilibrium Green function,we derive an analytical transmission formula for an electronincident from the left lead, through the double quantum dots, tothe right lead. The Landauer-type conductance and current are alsogiven. A discussion of the internal tunnelling dynamics revealscrucial effects of the localization and delocalization on thetransport of the system.
