Abstract

Using three tunnel-coupled quantum dots embedded in waveguide-coupled photonic crystal two-mode nanocavity, we investigate optical transmission-dispersion characteristics of the combined system. It is shown that multiple electromagnetically-induced-transparency (EIT) transmission peaks and strong normal/anomalous dispersion inside the EIT-like windows can be observed in the spectrum.
