Abstract

The article reviews methodological approaches to the study of crisis phenomena in society, formulated the most important components of the systems approach to the understanding of crisis processes experienced by society in different periods of its history. Crises have a direct impact on the activities of state and regional authorities. The author analyses the experience of Moscow in overcoming crisis phenomena during the COVID-19 pandemic and in the conditions of the sanctions policy against Russia and proposes to consider it as a benchmark for building anti-crisis measures in the system of public administration.
